Koontz Properties uses Landlord Tenant Services to conduct a thorough background check on all tenants. The background check will verify that the applicant has sufficient income, positive rental history, and also includes a credit check. Each applicant is required to pay $50. We encourage you to use the online application option, but a paper copy may be picked up from the office at 410 Hickory Pointe.
Each applicant will be asked to provide a copy of their driver's license, Social Security card, and proof of income.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN ONLINE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER THERE IS AVAILABILITY. THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID DIRECTLY TO LANDLORD TENANT SERVICES AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
